By checking the "I consent"-button  I consent that I am aware of the Law of 2 August 2002 on "General provisions relating to the protection of the person with regards to the processing of personal data", whose purpose is to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of natural persons, particularly their private lives as regards the processing of personal data, and ensures respect of the legally protected interests of legal persons. My attention is drawn to article 6 of this Law with regards processing of specific categories of data, according to which: 1. Processing operations that reveal racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union memberships and the processing of data concerning health or sex life, including the processing of genetic data, are forbidden. 2. Paragraph 1 will not apply where: 2.1 The individual concerned has given his/her consent to the processing of such data, or 2.2 Processing is necessary for the purposes of carrying out of the obligations and specific rights of the controller in particular in the field of employment law in so far as law authorizes it. I am hereby informed of and specifically agree to the following: 1. Nomura Bank (Luxembourg) S.A. is the body responsible for the data processing. 2. The purpose of the data processing is to administer the selection/recruitment process to which I am voluntarily participating. 3. The data collected might be transferred to other entities of the Nomura Group, including in third countries. 4. The maximum length of time during which Nomura will keep my personal data is two years as from the above-mentioned date. If I am hired, my personal data will be kept by Nomura during the duration of my employment contract + 10 years.
